As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms to the highest standards. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training and support to help you succeed in this role.
Responsibilities:
Thoroughly clean guest rooms according to set standards and checklists
Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including restocking guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linens
Remove all trash and soiled linens from rooms
Keep closets and storage areas clean and organised
Replenish cleaning product bottles
Report any missing items or maintenance issues to your supervisor immediately
Handle lost and found items according to workplace procedures
Work toward guest satisfaction and a positive experience for everyone who stays with us
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.

Skills/background needed:
Ability to lift and carry moderate weight regularly (up to 20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally)
Ability to stand for extended periods during your shift
Good verbal and written communication skills
Friendly, courteous manner with guests and colleagues
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Genuine desire to help others and ensure satisfaction
Attention to detail and organisational skills
