We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will maintain clean, welcoming guest rooms and common areas to the highest standards, ensuring every guest has a comfortable stay.
What you’ll do:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms and public spaces to established standards within set timeframes• Perform daily inspections of your assigned areas to ensure quality meets expectations• Prepare and maintain your housekeeping cart and supplies each shift• Report any room issues or maintenance needs to your supervisor• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols• Communicate professionally with team members, management, and guests• Assist with additional duties as needed, such as laundry or lobby cleaning• Maintain confidentiality regarding guest and company information
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience required – full training will be provided• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality• Reliable, punctual, and organized• Comfortable with physical demands of the role (standing, bending, lifting)• Willingness to wear a uniform and maintain professional appearance standards
