Responsibilities
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture, ensuring all areas meet cleanliness standards.
Maintain public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to established procedures.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort.
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and uphold safety standards.
Follow health and safety protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience required. Full training will be provided on all cleaning techniques and procedures. You should have strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness. Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks including standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and walking throughout shifts is essential. A commitment to hospitality standards and delivering a welcoming guest experience is important. Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment safely is necessary and will be taught during training.
