Roles:
Room Cleaning & Maintenance: Transform guest rooms and common areas into spotless spaces. Clean and polish lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and all furnishings. Maintain your housekeeping cart efficiently and keep supplies well-stocked. Prepare beds with fresh linens and refresh guest spaces, making every room feel welcoming. Complete deep-cleaning tasks as needed to keep everything in excellent condition.
Guest Service: Provide friendly, helpful service to all guests. Respond promptly when assistance is needed and deliver items with a smile. Let your excellent customer service shine through every interaction.
Safety & Awareness: Help maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. Follow all safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure workplace for everyone.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing position.
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. No prior housekeeping experience necessary—full training will be provided. We’re looking for reliable, friendly individuals who take pride in their work and want to be part of a supportive team.
