About the Role: We’re looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at a premier residential community. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will ensure that our residents and guests enjoy a pristine and welcoming environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you’ll play an important role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and orderliness that our residents expect.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Cleaning and maintaining residential spaces and public areas to keep them presentable, comfortable, and safe
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, furniture, and fixtures
• Ensuring clean and well-stocked linens and amenities are available
• Sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms, kitchenettes, and communal areas
• Handling and disposing of waste following established procedures
• Assisting with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate team
• Following all community policies and safety procedures
• Responding promptly to resident and guest requests or concerns
Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You’ll need:
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Good communication skills to work well with team members and residents
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate to heavy objects
• A positive attitude and commitment to maintaining clean, organized spaces
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
