Are you looking for a full-time housekeeping role in a welcoming team environment? We’re hiring a Residential Housekeeper to join our on-site team. You’ll work in a clean, professional setting and receive full training to succeed in this role. No prior experience necessary – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Follow all workplace rules and policies as outlined during your onboarding
Arrive to work on time and ready to perform your duties
Report any guest or colleague concerns immediately to your manager
Maintain proper key control and security procedures
Present a neat, professional appearance at all times
Treat guests, coworkers and the property with respect and discretion
Understand and follow all health, safety and fire procedures
Take proper care of all furniture, fixtures and equipment
Identify and report any health or safety concerns right away
Respect and maintain guest privacy as confidential
Follow all sanitation, cleaning and safety standards
Respond promptly to guest requests
Report maintenance or repair needs to your manager
Change bed linens and remake beds
Remove used towels and replace with clean, fresh ones
Dust all surfaces including furniture, lighting, corners and vents
Vacuum and sweep floors
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers and bathtubs
Clean and dry windows
Restock all guest supplies to proper levels
Complete any other duties needed to maintain operations and guest satisfaction
Skills and Background Needed:
Ability to communicate clearly with staff, managers and guests
Comfortable bending, lifting, climbing stairs and doing repetitive motions – this is a physically active role
Self-motivated and able to work independently while maintaining high standards
Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
Ability to divide your workload fairly and work well with teammates
Able to work flexible shifts including evenings, holidays and weekends
Fluent in English
Desirable Experience:
Any prior housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required.
