Do you enjoy clean and organized spaces? Are you detail-oriented, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a team? If so, we’re looking for a dependable Housekeeper to help keep our residential facility clean, safe, and welcoming for our residents.
Here’s what you’ll do:
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules. Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, entrances, and hallways. Sweep, mop, disinfect, dust, and polish surfaces. Empty trash, replace liners, and transport soiled linens. Perform thorough cleaning after resident discharges. Maintain equipment and use proper safety and infection control procedures. Report repair needs or supply shortages. Support a positive, respectful environment for residents, families, and coworkers. Help train or mentor new housekeeping staff as you gain experience. Perform additional duties as needed.
What you’ll need:
Physical ability: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods throughout your shift.
Other requirements: Must pass a criminal background check. Must meet facility immunization requirements as applicable. Must follow infection prevention and safety protocols. Willingness to work scheduled weekend and holiday rotations.
