The opportunity
We are hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead a housekeeping team at an on-site location. In this role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure the property is clean and well-maintained, and help manage a team of housekeeping staff. You’ll handle scheduling, training, inventory management, and quality inspections to keep our facility in excellent condition for guests.

What you’ll do
• Lead and manage a housekeeping team, including training and scheduling
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met
• Manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory
• Handle payroll and budget responsibilities
• Operate company vehicles as needed throughout the property
• Respond to maintenance issues and take corrective action when needed
Skills/background needed
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience with cleaning equipment, tools, and cleaning products
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs for extended periods
• Good attention to detail and ability to inspect work quality
• Team management experience or willingness to learn leadership skills
• No degree required — we provide all training on the job
