Responsibilities
• Perform routine cleaning of public spaces, including floors, lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and techniques
• Handle cleaning supplies safely, following all safety procedures and guidelines
• Conduct manual handling of cleaning supplies, furniture, and equipment as needed
• Maintain cleanliness through vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and other housekeeping activities
• Use cleaning tools and equipment efficiently while following safety protocols
• Respond promptly to any cleanliness or safety concerns raised by guests or staff
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging politely with guests and staff
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required. We provide full training in all cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety procedures. You should be:
• Physically able to perform manual cleaning tasks and light lifting
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Willing to follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
