Key Responsibilities:
Room and Facility Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms to the highest standards. Dust, vacuum, and polish all surfaces until they shine. Refresh bathrooms, change linens, and restock supplies. Keep hallways, lobbies, and public areas spotless. Maintain your cleaning cart efficiently and ready for each shift. Perform deep-cleaning tasks as assigned to keep the property in top condition.
Guest Service: Deliver friendly, helpful service to guests whenever you interact with them. Respond promptly when guests need assistance and always maintain a professional, welcoming attitude.
Safety and Property Care: Follow all safety procedures to protect guests and the property. Be alert and report any maintenance issues or concerns. Maintain safe work habits to ensure a secure environment for everyone.
Skills and Background Needed:
No prior experience required—full training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Friendly communication skills and a willingness to help team members. Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods. Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering quality work.
