What you’ll do:
As a housekeeper, you’ll be responsible for keeping resort facilities clean and well-maintained, including:
Cleaning and tidying office spaces, common areas, guest cabins, and rental units through mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal. Preparing rental units for incoming guests and maintaining cleanliness standards across all resort areas. Managing cleaning supply inventory and requesting refills when needed. Reporting maintenance issues to your manager so repairs can be scheduled promptly. Supporting maintenance and other team members with additional tasks as requested. Helping with setup and cleanup for guest activities and events. Responding professionally and courteously to guest questions and concerns. Driving a vehicle to run errands and pick up supplies. Working closely with management to keep communication open and the team coordinated. Delivering friendly, helpful customer service to all guests and colleagues.
Skills/background needed:
High school diploma or equivalent. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current auto insurance. Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed. No prior housekeeping experience required – full training will be provided.
