About the role:
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented housekeepers to join our team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential properties to a high standard, ensuring guest and owner satisfaction, and reporting any issues to your supervisor promptly.
What you’ll do:
Clean and prepare properties as assigned, maintaining consistent quality standards. Provide friendly and professional service to guests, owners, and team members. Report any damage, maintenance issues, or disturbances immediately. Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism. Cooperate fully with property inspections and feedback. Monitor cleaning supply inventory and replenish stock as needed. Care for all equipment and materials, reporting any shortages. Follow all health, safety, and workplace practices at all times.
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience required – full training will be provided. You should be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical fitness is important: you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds regularly. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are essential. Strong communication skills, a friendly attitude, and genuine customer service mindset are key. You must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as scheduled. Time management, problem-solving ability, and the drive to maintain quality while working efficiently are important.
Nice to have:
Prior experience in cleaning or housekeeping is a bonus but not required.
