We’re hiring for an entry-level Housekeeping Inspector position. This is a full-time, on-site role where you’ll play a key part in maintaining high cleanliness standards across all residential units.
What You’ll Do:
As a Housekeeping Inspector, you’ll:
• Thoroughly inspect assigned units to ensure complete cleanliness and proper setup• Check units to verify cleaning has been completed to standard• Communicate with room attendants to address any areas that need additional cleaning or attention• Support supervisors in fostering a cooperative and positive team environment• Alert supervisors to areas requiring further attention and provide feedback to team members on training needs• Perform additional duties as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
• High school diploma or equivalent• Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role (preferred but not required)• High energy and genuine passion for cleanliness and quality• Strong attention to detail• Verbal and written communication skills• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining standards
