As a Housekeeping Inspector, you’ll play a key role in ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless and well-maintained. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is ready to support our housekeeping team in delivering excellent service to every guest.

Roles:
What You’ll Do:
Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards, documenting your findings as required. Maintain inventory levels and distribute supplies to room attendants to keep guest rooms fully stocked with all necessary amenities. Work closely with the housekeeping team to provide feedback and support their performance. When maintenance or repair issues are identified, you’ll communicate these to the appropriate department. You’ll assist in training room attendants to help them meet high standards and improve their skills. Help coordinate room assignments to ensure smooth daily operations. When needed, you’ll be ready to step in and lead the team during management absences. Be hands-on by assisting with cleaning, public area maintenance, or laundry work when workload demands it. Represent the workplace with pride by maintaining a professional appearance and personal hygiene standards. You’ll also be flexible and ready to support other duties as assigned.
Skills/background needed:
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move quickly between tasks. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds occasionally. Capacity to perform physical movements like bending, reaching, kneeling, and twisting. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot even small issues affecting cleanliness standards. Ability to read, write, and communicate in basic English to complete paperwork and work effectively with your team. Comfortable working as both part of a team and independently when necessary. Prior experience as a room attendant is required, as this background helps you understand what’s expected in every guest room.
