About the role
We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeper to join our team at a residential community property. You’ll play a key part in creating clean, welcoming spaces for our guests by maintaining rental units and community facilities to a high standard. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training on all cleaning procedures and expectations.
What you’ll do
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Perform thorough cleaning of rental units, common areas, and facilities
• Clean bathhouses and public buildings, including all fixtures, floors, and walls
• Empty and manage trash containers throughout the property
• Keep outdoor areas surrounding facilities clean and free from litter
• Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department promptly
• Complete assigned cleaning tasks with minimal supervision
• Work some evening and weekend shifts as needed based on property demands
• Support a positive team environment and follow workplace policies
• Deliver friendly, respectful service to guests and colleagues

• Is reliable and punctual
• Can lift up to 30 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
• Has reliable transportation to get to work
• Works well independently and stays organised
• Takes pride in doing quality work
• Is willing to learn and follow instructions
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Full time, ongoing
