About the role:
You will be responsible for providing cleaning services across assigned areas of a casino facility. This is a full-time, on-site position where you’ll maintain public spaces, restrooms, and offices to the highest standards on a continual basis. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided.
What you’ll do:
Your key responsibilities will include:
• Clean all assigned public areas, restrooms, and offices throughout the facility on a continual basis• Use all cleaning materials, chemicals, and equipment safely and according to manufacturer instructions• Maintain work areas and report any safety hazards or broken equipment immediately to management• Follow all established safety precautions when handling equipment and supplies• Interact with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests and team members
Skills/background needed:
• No prior housekeeping experience required – we provide full on-the-job training• Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions and safety procedures• Basic math skills (adding, subtracting, measuring)• Ability to understand and respond to requests from colleagues and guests• Physical fitness: you’ll be standing, walking, reaching, and occasionally lifting items up to 50 pounds• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Physical demands:
This role requires you to regularly stand, walk, and use your hands to handle objects and tools. You’ll frequently need to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. You may occasionally be required to sit, climb, balance, or lift and move items up to 50 pounds. You’ll work in an indoor environment that can be loud, occasionally smoky, and may expose you to wet conditions, fumes, or airborne particles.
