Key Responsibilities
Room and Space Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms to a high standard. Dust, vacuum, and sanitize all surfaces. Change bed linens and restock supplies. Clean bathrooms, hallways, lobbies, and other public areas. Organize your cleaning cart efficiently and complete deep-cleaning tasks as needed.
Guest Service: Respond promptly to guest requests. Deliver items and provide assistance with a friendly, professional manner. Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
Safety and Security: Follow all safety protocols to protect guests and property. Report any maintenance issues or concerns. Maintain a safe, hazard-free work environment.
What We’re Looking For
Skills/Background Needed: No prior experience required. We provide full training. You should have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a genuine interest in delivering excellent service. Physical fitness is important—the role involves standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the day.
