Join our housekeeping team and play a key role in creating exceptional experiences for our guests. As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll transform guest rooms into fresh, welcoming spaces and help maintain pristine common areas throughout the property. If you take pride in attention to detail and enjoy the satisfaction of seeing a space cleaned beautifully, this role is for you.
You’ll spend your days cleaning and organizing guest rooms, restocking supplies, changing linens, and performing deep-cleaning tasks to keep the entire property in top condition. Your work directly contributes to positive guest experiences, and you’ll be part of a team that values friendly, professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Room and Space Cleaning: Clean and prepare guest rooms, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing. Maintain hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and other public spaces to the highest standards. Change linens, restock supplies, and leave every space immaculate for guests.
Deep Cleaning: Perform regular deep-cleaning tasks throughout the property to maintain appearance and hygiene standards.
Guest Service: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests. Deliver items when needed and maintain friendly, professional interactions at all times.
Safety and Awareness: Follow proper safety procedures and use cleaning products correctly. Be attentive to the security and well-being of guests and the property.
Skills and Background Needed
No prior experience required—we provide full training. You should be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to take pride in your work are more important than experience.
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required to apply.
