We are looking for a hard-working and reliable Room Attendant to join our team! You will be attending to our facilities with integrity and attention to detail. Your goal is to create a clean and orderly environment for guests, ensuring they have a positive experience.
As a Room Attendant, your responsibilities will include providing fresh towels, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms. You will also respond to guests’ questions and make sure the rooms are fully stocked, clean, and inviting at all times.
Responsibilities
Perform various cleaning duties, such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, making beds, and replacing towels
Carefully inspect all rooms to ensure they meet high cleanliness standards
Report any damages to rooms
Respond to requests and guest concerns with professionalism and patience
Maintain adequate inventory of supplies and restock when necessary
Strictly adhere to health and safety rules and regulations
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary – full training will be provided
Able to work with minimal supervision and maintain consistent performance
Friendly, customer-oriented personality
Good organizational skills and an eye for detail
Able to work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Comfortable being on your feet throughout the day with light lifting involved
