About the role:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be a key member of the housekeeping team, responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to high standards. You’ll ensure every room is spotless, welcoming, and comfortable for guests. This role requires attention to detail, a genuine passion for service, and the ability to work independently.
What you will do:
• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to established standards
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness, missing amenities, and needed supplies
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or repairs to management
• Keep linen rooms organised, stocked, and well-maintained
• Handle and store guest keys appropriately and securely
• Respond to guest requests and special service opportunities
• Safely operate all cleaning equipment and machinery
• Maintain a tidy, organised workspace at all times
Skills/background needed:
• Previous housekeeping or related cleaning experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
• Comfortable using standard cleaning equipment and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Working knowledge of English
• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Valid work authorisation

Schedule: Full-time position with flexible shifts. You’ll need to be available for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays as required.
