As a Housekeeping Aide, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities include assisting with making beds, replenishing linens and amenities, and ensuring all areas are tidy. The ideal candidate is diligent, organized, and works well in a team. Essential Job Functions:
Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting upon interaction.
Change bed linens and vacuum rooms following established cleaning procedures.
Notify managers of any repairs or maintenance needs in guest rooms.
Process guest items left in rooms according to lost and found procedures.
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment, and follow all safety standards.
Work toward maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Skills/background needed:
Ability to understand and communicate in English.
Physical capability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 25 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
