About the role:
You’ll be responsible for cleaning and preparing rooms to a high standard, ensuring they’re welcoming and ready for guests. This is a hands-on position where attention to detail and a friendly approach make all the difference.
What you’ll do:
• Clean assigned rooms according to set standards, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting
• Restock rooms with supplies such as towels, soap, paper items, and other essentials
• Clean entryways and windows
• Safely operate housekeeping equipment
• Maintain and restock your cleaning cart daily
• Assist with monthly inventory counts
• Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards
• Handle lost and found items properly
• Respond courteously to guest requests and questions
• Report any unusual situations or maintenance issues to your supervisor
• Complete maintenance work orders as needed
What we’re looking for:
• No prior experience necessary – full training provided
• Ability to bend, lift, carry, twist, push, pull, reach, and kneel frequently
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfort with standing and walking for extended periods
• A friendly, welcoming attitude towards guests
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Willingness to follow safety procedures and company guidelines
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing
