In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences comfort and cleanliness during their stay. What you’ll do:
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Care for floors through appropriate cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, polishing, and floor care procedures to preserve their appearance and safety
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
Follow established health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms
Support the team with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed
Skills/background needed:
No prior experience necessary – full training provided
Willingness to learn cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and sanitation standards
Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners (training provided)
Excellent attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift objects safely, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive tasks
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Contract length: Full Time
