About the role
You’ll be the heart of our guest experience. Every day, you’ll clean and prepare guest rooms and common areas to the highest standard—making beds, ensuring bathrooms sparkle, and keeping everything fresh and welcoming. You’ll restock towels, toiletries, and amenities so guests feel genuinely cared for, manage laundry and linens efficiently, and keep your workspace organized and ready for the next task. You’ll also pitch in with deep cleaning projects and support the wider team when needed.
What we’re looking for
You don’t need prior experience—we provide full training. What matters is your willingness to learn, a friendly and helpful attitude, and the physical ability to lift items, bend, squat, and be on your feet throughout your shift. You should be comfortable working flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
