We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. In this full-time on-site role, you will ensure exceptional cleanliness of guest rooms and resort spaces, supporting the high level of service that defines our operation.
Responsibilities
• Clean guest rooms daily, including occupied, arrival, and departure rooms
• Ensure pristine condition of corridors, housekeeping pantries, and storage areas
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Maintain minibar operations within guest rooms
• Handle guest laundry and property linens, including ironing
• Report any missing or damaged items and log lost and found appropriately
• Support inventory and restocking of linens and guest supplies
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in assigned areas
• Attend daily housekeeping briefings and follow task assignments
• Comply with workplace policies and grooming standards
Skills/background needed:
• No prior experience necessary – full training provided
• Ability to speak and understand English
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and willingness to follow uniform standards
• Ability to establish and maintain respectful professional relationships
