About the role:
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential properties to a high standard, ensuring guest satisfaction, and reporting any issues to your supervisor. This is a full-time, on-site position with a welcoming team environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Clean and maintain properties to assigned standards
• Provide friendly and professional service to team members, owners, and guests
• Report any damages, maintenance issues, or concerns to your supervisor promptly
• Handle guest requests and complaints with patience and professionalism
• Participate in property inspections and accept feedback constructively
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and reorder as needed
• Care for and maintain all cleaning equipment and materials
• Follow all health and safety protocols at all times
Skills/background needed:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs regularly
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Good time management, punctuality, and reliability
• Ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to adapt
Desired experience:
Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but full training will be provided.
