Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper and Laundry Attendant, where your attention to detail will ensure guests experience excellent cleanliness and comfort. In this role, you will maintain guest rooms, public areas, and manage laundry services to create a welcoming and hygienic environment. Your work will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the overall reputation of the property. What You’ll Do
• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to meet cleanliness standards
• Perform floor care tasks such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to maintain spotless and safe flooring throughout the property
• Manage laundry operations by washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest items with efficiency and care
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and common spaces through regular janitorial duties
• Use all cleaning supplies and equipment safely and store them properly; report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures to uphold health standards
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and linens to ensure smooth daily operations
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided. You should be able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills are helpful to ensure clear understanding of tasks and safety procedures. A willingness to learn and a passion for creating clean, welcoming spaces are what matter most.
