Job Summary
Residential Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning and maintaining residential properties to ensure they remain clean, sanitary, and well-presented at all times. This is an on-site, full-time position with full training provided.
What You’ll Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Cleaning, sanitizing, and restocking areas with supplies as needed. Ensuring all furniture and fixtures are clean and in working order
Cleaning and sanitizing appliances to remove food residue, mold, and mildew
Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms to the highest standard, including ensuring adequate lighting and safety features
Following all safety procedures and reporting any unsafe conditions, hazards, or equipment issues to your manager
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and buffing floors as needed
Cleaning windows and screens to ensure they function properly
Maintaining laundry facilities by cleaning surfaces and removing lint
Emptying trash containers and keeping all areas neat and orderly
Cleaning and changing vents and filters as needed
Other duties as assigned
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required – we provide full training. However, the following qualities will help you succeed:
Ability to lift at least 25 pounds regularly
Knowledge of safe practices when using cleaning chemicals
Basic familiarity with email and internet use
A valid driver’s license
