We are looking for a full-time Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team at a local hotel property. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who takes pride in keeping spaces clean and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
About This Role:
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards. We provide full training, so no prior experience is necessary. You’ll work as part of a supportive team in a friendly, professional atmosphere where your efforts directly contribute to guest satisfaction and positive feedback.
What You’ll Do:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Restock guest room amenities such as toiletries, towels, coffee, and other items
• Inspect rooms to ensure all equipment and furniture are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues
• Assist with cleaning and maintaining public areas such as hallways, lounges, and restrooms
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment
• Provide courteous and professional service, addressing guest requests promptly
• Handle laundry services, including collecting, washing, folding, and delivering linens and towels
• Monitor and report inventory levels of cleaning supplies and amenities
• Prepare rooms for new guests to meet hotel standards
Skills/background needed:
