We’re looking for a Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This is a full-time, on-site position perfect for someone looking to start a career in hospitality.
About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms to our established standards. Your duties will include:
Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum rooms efficiently within the allotted timeframe
Change bed linens and replace towels and other guest amenities
Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, walls, and equipment
Greet guests in a warm and friendly manner
Alert management to any repairs needed in guest rooms
Handle guest items according to lost and found procedures
Support other housekeeping and lobby duties during busy periods or when needed
Contribute to guest satisfaction goals by maintaining high standards
Perform additional tasks as requested by management
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need to be able to understand and communicate in English. While previous housekeeping experience is preferred, we welcome applications from people with no prior experience—we provide full training to help you succeed.
Work Environment
This is an in-person, on-site position. Your schedule will vary and may include working weekends and holidays. The role requires you to be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking, pushing and pulling items, reaching, bending, squatting, kneeling, and lifting up to 20 pounds. You’ll also work with standard cleaning chemicals.
