POSITION SUMMARY
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and public areas, ensuring every space meets our high standards. No prior experience necessary—we’ll provide full training on all cleaning techniques, equipment, and procedures.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and deodorize floors throughout guest rooms and common areas
Remove and dispose of trash safely; clean and sanitize trash receptacles
Change linens, make beds, and fold towels
Clean and sanitize bathrooms, restocking supplies as needed
Replace guest amenities and room supplies
Dust and clean walls, vents, and other surfaces
Clean carpets and address spills promptly
Clean interior and exterior windows
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report low stock
Interact professionally with guests and team members, addressing any concerns
Report safety issues or unusual circumstances to your supervisor immediately
Attend team meetings and training sessions
Adapt to changing priorities and support the wider team as needed
SKILLS/BACKGROUND NEEDED
You should have:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Capability to lift items up to 50 pounds regularly
Comfort using cleaning tools, equipment, and chemicals safely
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Friendly, professional manner with guests and colleagues
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Willingness to work independently with minimal supervision
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
Ability to remain calm and handle challenges professionally
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
