About the role
We’re looking for a reliable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team. In this role, you’ll keep guest rooms and common areas clean, tidy, and welcoming. No prior experience is necessary—we provide full training on all cleaning procedures and standards.
What you’ll be doing:
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Making beds with fresh linens
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms, including sinks, bathtubs, toilets, and tiles
- Vacuuming and tidying all assigned areas
- Emptying waste baskets and removing rubbish
- Cleaning mirrors, shelves, door frames, window sills, and baseboards
- Restocking rooms with clean towels, toiletries, and supplies
- Reporting any maintenance issues or damage to your supervisor
- Handling lost and found items with care
- Completing checklists and quality checks before the end of your shift
- Working with your team to maintain high cleanliness standards
Skills/background needed:
- No experience required
- Ability to follow instructions and work to a schedule
- Comfort with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Attention to detail and a commitment to keeping spaces clean and hygienic
- Ability to communicate clearly with supervisors and team members
- Willingness to learn and take on assigned tasks
