Overview
Join our hospitality team as a Hotel Housekeeper and play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming environment for guests. In this on-site position, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your attention to detail will ensure every guest experiences comfort during their stay. This position offers a vital opportunity to contribute to an outstanding guest experience while working in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
Duties
Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities to uphold high standards of hygiene
Maintain cleanliness of public areas such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational facilities by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Care for floors through appropriate cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing to preserve their appearance and safety
Restock supplies such as towels, toiletries, linens, and cleaning products to ensure availability for guests and staff
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to management to ensure swift resolution and guest safety
Follow established health and safety protocols at all times to maintain a secure environment for guests and staff
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and uniforms
Support management with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning initiatives as needed
Skills/background needed
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift objects safely, bend, stretch, and perform repetitive tasks
Willingness to learn cleaning techniques and sanitation standards—training provided
Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Reliable and punctual attendance
Prior hospitality or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
