In this hands-on position, you will maintain the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces. Your dedication ensures every person who stays with us experiences comfort and satisfaction. Full training is provided—no prior experience necessary.
What you’ll do
Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including beds, bathrooms, floors, windows, and furniture to meet cleanliness standards
Maintain common spaces such as lobbies, hallways, restrooms, and recreational areas by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces
Handle laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels according to established procedures
Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort
Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure safety standards are upheld
Follow health and safety protocols to prevent contamination and maintain a safe environment
Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment
Skills/background needed
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards consistently
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including standing for long periods, bending, lifting, and walking throughout your shift
Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor cleaning machines safely
Willingness to follow procedures and learn new techniques
Prior housekeeping experience is a plus but absolutely not required—we provide comprehensive training for beginners
