About the role:
We are looking for a reliable and friendly Room Attendant to join our hospitality team. You’ll provide excellent service to guests by ensuring that assigned rooms are fully stocked, cleaned, and serviced to a high standard. You should be able to resolve guest requests and concerns promptly and in a polite manner.
To be successful in this role, you must be honest, pleasant, and willing to follow all housekeeping policies and procedures.
What you’ll do:
• Greet guests and respond to requests
• Change bed linen and make beds
• Replace used towels and other bathroom items, such as shampoo and soap
• Sweep and mop floors
• Vacuum carpets
• Dust and polish furniture
• Empty trash containers
• Clean public areas, such as corridors
• Report any maintenance issues
• Update the status of guest rooms using an electronic device such as a phone or tablet
• Return and restock cleaning supplies at the end of your shift

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
