This is an on-site, entry-level housekeeping position. You will maintain clean and attractive guest rooms while providing friendly and efficient service. No prior experience is necessary—full training will be provided.
Roles:
Your day-to-day duties will include:
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms following established standards
- Prepare housekeeping carts with guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and fresh linens
- Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms and common areas
- Keep hallways, public areas, and storage closets clean, tidy, and vacuumed
- Restock and prepare carts for the next day
- Replenish cleaning supply bottles
- Report missing items and maintenance issues to your supervisor immediately
- Handle lost and found items according to procedures
- Ensure guests have a positive experience
Skills/background needed:
No experience is necessary for this role. You should be able to:
- Lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Lift and carry lighter items (around 20 pounds) frequently throughout your shift
- Stand for your entire shift
- Communicate clearly and politely with guests and team members
- Take direction well and work as part of a team
Contract length: Full-time, ongoing
