We’re looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. You’ll be part of a workplace committed to making guests feel welcome and ensuring every space is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
What you’ll do:
Your main responsibilities will include:
Thoroughly clean and prepare all assigned rooms to the highest standards — dusting, mopping, cleaning windows, making beds, removing trash, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Straighten and organise kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and furniture items.
Dust, polish, and remove marks from walls, counters, and furnishings.
Sweep and mop floors, and maintain their condition throughout your shift.
Replace guest amenities and supplies, and keep track of inventory.
Report room status and any lost, found, or damaged items to your Supervisor.
Use all cleaning products safely and according to guidelines.
Restock and maintain your housekeeping cart.
Be friendly, helpful, and professional with guests and co-workers.
Learn and follow property emergency procedures.
Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Is willing to learn how to use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly.

Maintains a professional appearance and demeanour.
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not essential.
