About the role:
We’re looking for a Hotel Housekeeper to join our team and help keep our guest rooms and common areas clean, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you’ll be responsible for upholding cleanliness standards across the property. A typical shift starts at 9:30am, working 5 days a week with flexibility available upon request.
No prior housekeeping experience is necessary—full training will be provided to set you up for success.
What you’ll do:
Cleaning & Room Maintenance
Change and replace all bed linens and towels in guest rooms.
Sanitize and clean all restrooms to high standards.
Dust and wipe down all surfaces including windows, mirrors, furniture, and electronics.
Vacuum and mop floors throughout assigned areas.
Restock all room amenities and supplies.
Ensure all rooms meet company cleanliness and presentation standards.
Maintain your personal workstation with proper stock of linens, towels, and amenities.
Guest Service & Communication
Offer assistance to guests whenever possible.
Respond to guest requests promptly and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
Answer basic questions about property policies and services.
Represent the property positively in all guest interactions.
Help resolve guest concerns when they arise.
Contribute to guest safety and security by following all established procedures.
Other Duties
Complete daily housekeeping reports.
Notify relevant staff when rooms are ready for incoming guests.
Report any maintenance, security, or safety concerns to management immediately.
Skills/background needed:
No previous experience required—we provide full training.
Ability to work efficiently, even when managing multiple tasks or tight timelines.
Strong customer service mindset and friendly communication style.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including availability for shift adjustments when needed.
Comfort working with cleaning chemicals (full safety training provided).
Ability to frequently lift, push, and pull items weighing 25–50 pounds.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is a plus but not required.
