We are hiring a Housekeeper to clean and maintain hotel rooms to a high standard. You will be part of a dedicated team ensuring guests enjoy clean, comfortable accommodations. No prior experience is required—full training will be provided.
About the Role:
As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organisation across all guest rooms and common areas. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a commitment to delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Your Responsibilities:
Change bed linens, arrange and replace towels, and restock bathroom supplies in each room. Vacuum, dust, and thoroughly clean all surfaces, including areas that are easy to overlook. Empty waste bins and dispose of rubbish safely. Arrange furniture and ensure rooms are presentable for incoming guests. Report and securely store any guest items left behind. Work as part of a housekeeping team, supporting colleagues to meet daily targets. Clean, disinfect, and properly store all equipment and supplies at the end of each shift. Follow workplace policies regarding guest privacy, safety, and security at all times.
Skills/background needed:
No experience necessary. We welcome applications from entry-level candidates. You should be physically able to walk, bend, and lift regularly throughout your shift. Attention to detail is essential—you will need to spot and clean areas that collect dust and dirt. Reliability and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision are important. Good time management helps you complete room preparation on schedule. High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not essential.
