About the role:
As a House Attendant, you’ll support the housekeeping team in keeping guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces clean, organized, and well-maintained. You’ll help maintain high cleanliness standards and contribute to a positive guest experience. This is an on-site position with full training provided – no prior housekeeping experience is necessary.
What you’ll do:
- Clean and prepare guest rooms and public areas
- Restock linens and housekeeping supplies
- Remove trash and soiled linens
- Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance or safety issues to your supervisor
- Support deep cleaning and furniture moving as needed
- Keep cleaning equipment and storage areas organized
Skills/background needed:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently
- Comfortable lifting and moving items up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual skills are a bonus but not required
Physical demands:
This role involves frequent bending, lifting, walking, and use of cleaning chemicals. You’ll work in various indoor and outdoor conditions. We maintain high safety standards to protect all employees and guests.
