A Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the highest cleanliness and presentation standards to ensure vacation rental properties are guest-ready and welcoming.
Role Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented Housekeeper to ensure our vacation rental properties are spotless, clean, and perfectly presented. You will be responsible for the full turnover process—from preparing rooms to cleaning, managing linens, and conducting final inspections—to ensure every guest has an excellent first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
Turnover Cleaning: Perform professional cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas following provided checklists.
Office Cleaning: Clean offices and employee areas as needed, and manage waste disposal.
Staging & Presentation: Arrange furniture, pillows, and decor to create an inviting atmosphere for guests.
Linen Management: Strip and replace all linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and fresh. Fold linens and prepare them for cleaning vendors. Keep the linen room organized and tidy. May include on-site laundry tasks as needed.
Amenity Restocking: Replenish toiletries, towels, and kitchen essentials in each property.
Outdoor Care: Clean and tidy patios, balconies, and entryways to welcome guests.
Lost & Found: Document and report items left behind by guests.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Availability: Must be available to work on Saturdays, which is typically the busiest day.
Communication: Smartphone access for schedule updates and reporting.
Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout your work week.
Efficiency: Able to meet strict deadlines and work quickly without sacrificing quality.
Attention to Detail: Precision in following checklists and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Independence: Comfortable working solo or in small teams with minimal supervision.
Flexibility: May work across multiple properties. Having your own vehicle is helpful but not required.
Skills/background needed: No prior housekeeping experience required. Full training will be provided. We welcome entry-level applicants who are reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Contract length: Full time, on-site position.
