We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure that residential spaces are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety. In this role, you will be responsible for providing cleaning services, managing household tasks efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will help maintain beautiful, well-organized homes.
Responsibilities
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and surface sanitation.
Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate cleaning products and equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care.
Maintain floor care through sweeping, polishing, and floor maintenance techniques to preserve flooring quality.
Manage outdoor work responsibilities including patio cleaning, outdoor furniture maintenance, and yard tidying as needed.
Use cleaning equipment safely and effectively while following proper manual handling guidelines for heavy lifting or moving furniture.
Communicate professionally with clients to understand their specific needs and provide personalized housekeeping solutions.
Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within scheduled periods while maintaining high standards of quality.
Ensure all surfaces are cleaned thoroughly using appropriate methods for different materials and areas.
Follow cleaning best practices to uphold cleanliness across all areas of the residence.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.
You should be comfortable with manual tasks, including heavy lifting and moving furniture. Experience with outdoor work environments or yard maintenance is helpful but not necessary.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are important. You should be organized, reliable, and take pride in delivering quality work.
