This is an entry-level housekeeping position where you’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming guest rooms and common spaces. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and support. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team, with opportunities to develop your skills and build a successful career in hospitality.
Main Duties:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Change bed linens and replace towels
Sweep, mop, and vacuum rooms and corridors
Dust surfaces and furniture
Replenish guest amenities and supplies
Prepare rooms for guest check-in
Perform visual inspections and report any maintenance issues
Stock and organize your housekeeping cart
Transport soiled linens and towels to laundry areas
Assist team members as needed
Follow all safety and security procedures
Help with occasional laundry and storage tasks
Respond positively to reasonable requests from management
Skills/background needed:
No previous housekeeping experience necessary. You should be friendly and polite when interacting with guests and colleagues, reliable, and willing to work various shifts including weekends and holidays. A willingness to learn and take pride in your work is essential.
