Roles: Room Attendant / Housekeeper
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. You’ll be responsible for cleaning and maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards, ensuring every guest has a comfortable and welcoming experience.
What you’ll do:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general cleaning tasks
- Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities
- Clean, polish, and dust furniture and fixtures
- Report maintenance issues to management as needed
- Handle guest items according to lost and found procedures
- Support other housekeeping and front-of-house duties during busy periods
- Contribute to overall guest satisfaction and positive feedback
- Perform additional duties as requested by management
Skills/background needed:
- Ability to communicate clearly in English
- Willingness to learn and follow housekeeping standards
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, lift items up to 20 pounds, and use cleaning products safely
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- No prior experience required – full training provided
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, on-site position. Work schedule varies and includes weekends and holiday shifts. The role requires standing, walking, pushing and pulling, reaching, bending, squatting, and kneeling throughout your shift. You’ll work with cleaning chemicals as part of your daily duties.
