Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners and floor buffers safely and efficiently. Manage laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens. Handle manual tasks such as moving furniture and supplies using proper technique. Maintain cleanliness of outdoor spaces when applicable. Communicate effectively with clients or residents to understand their needs. Manage your time efficiently to complete daily cleaning schedules while maintaining quality standards. Use cleaning products responsibly and follow proper storage and disposal guidelines. Assist with inventory control of supplies and basic equipment maintenance.
Skills/background needed
No prior experience is required. We provide full training on all cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. You should be reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer satisfaction are important. Willingness to work in a team and follow health and safety guidelines is essential.
