Roles: This is a full-time on-site position in the housekeeping department.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Housekeeper, your main responsibility will be keeping the facility clean, organised, and safe. You will provide cleaning and sanitising services for all areas of the facility, with special attention to resident rooms and bathrooms.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:
• Cleaning, sanitising, dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming all facility areas including resident rooms, bathrooms, dining areas, common spaces, shower facilities, offices, meeting rooms, and storage areas
• Using proper chemicals and cleaning tools according to manufacturer guidelines
• Safely storing and securing all cleaning tools and chemicals after use
• Stocking restrooms with supplies such as toilet paper and hand towels
• Keeping soap and sanitiser dispensers stocked and in working order
• Removing trash and replacing bin liners
• Cleaning up spills and accidental messes promptly
• Reporting any maintenance issues or safety concerns to your supervisor
• Assisting with basic facility support tasks as needed
Skills/background needed: No experience required. Full training will be provided. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping spaces clean and welcoming. You must be able to follow safety procedures, communicate professionally with residents and staff, and maintain confidentiality. A clear background check is required for this role.
Rate: Competitive entry-level pay, details shared upon application.
Contract length: Ongoing full-time position.
