Role Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to ensure vacation rental properties are spotless, welcoming, and ready for guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across multiple units. Your attention to detail will create memorable stays for guests and support positive reviews and repeat bookings. This is an on-site position in a fast-paced hospitality environment where your efforts directly impact guest satisfaction.
What You’ll Do
• Clean vacation rental units thoroughly, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
• Use cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, scrubbers, and cleaning cloths to sanitize and prepare all surfaces
• Handle and apply cleaning supplies safely according to safety guidelines and protocols
• Move furniture and equipment when needed to facilitate deep cleaning and maintenance
• Follow established cleaning procedures to maintain consistency and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness of all cleaning equipment and supplies, ensuring proper storage and functionality
• Respond professionally to guest needs and work effectively with team members
Skills and Background Needed
No prior experience is required. Full training will be provided. We are looking for someone with:

• Physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and moving items
