Roles: You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, hygienic environments across our facility. Your day-to-day work will include cleaning patient areas, exam rooms, corridors, and common spaces, managing waste and linen distribution, and setting up meeting rooms for various events. You’ll work with cleaning equipment and follow established procedures to keep our workplace safe and welcoming for everyone.

Skills/background needed: No prior experience required. You’ll receive full training on all cleaning procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols. You should be comfortable following both verbal and written instructions, enjoy working as part of a team, and be willing to learn best practices in a healthcare environment. Physical capability to lift up to 35 lbs regularly, push and pull wheeled carts, and stand or walk for the majority of your shift is essential. Familiarity with basic cleaning supplies and equipment is helpful but not required—we’ll train you on everything you need to know.

What you’ll do:
- Clean and maintain patient rooms, exam areas, and utility spaces daily
- Manage waste and soiled linen removal and distribution of clean linens throughout the facility
- Clean corridors, stairways, and other shared areas
- Set up and prepare meeting rooms for events and gatherings
- Use cleaning carts, vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other standard equipment
- Follow all safety and hygiene procedures, including proper use of protective equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team to maintain high cleanliness standards
Work environment: This is an on-site, full-time position. You’ll spend most of your shift standing, walking, and moving between different areas of the facility. The role involves regular lifting (up to 35 lbs), bending, squatting, and using wheeled carts. You may occasionally encounter spills requiring immediate cleanup and will work around cleaning chemicals and related fumes. Personal protective equipment, including gloves, masks, aprons, and goggles, is provided and required. You’ll navigate various floor surfaces including carpet, tile, and ramps. Training covers safe handling of all materials and equipment.
