Key Responsibilities:
Room and Space Cleaning: Transform guest rooms and public areas into spotless spaces. Keep lobbies, hallways, and restrooms gleaming. From carpets to furniture, make everything shine. Maintain your housekeeping cart efficiently, ready for each task. Freshen up beds with clean linens and restock supplies so every guest feels at home. Complete deep-cleaning duties including filter changes and other maintenance tasks to keep the hotel in top condition.
Guest Service: Be the friendly face guests remember! Help guests when they need assistance and deliver items with a smile. Let your customer service shine through every interaction.
Safety and Awareness: Help keep the hotel safe and secure by staying aware of your surroundings. Follow safe work practices so you and your teammates can enjoy a worry-free day. Report any concerns to your supervisor.
Skills/Background Needed: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. No prior housekeeping experience required—full training will be provided.
