About the role
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our housekeeping team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clean, welcoming spaces by performing a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
What you’ll be doing:
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Cleaning and maintaining lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, and stairways• Machine sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, waxing, and polishing floors• Cleaning carpets, rugs, upholstered furniture, and draperies• Dusting furniture and cleaning walls, ceilings, and woodwork• Washing windows, glass panels, door panels, and window sills• Cleaning wall and ceiling fixtures• Emptying wastebaskets and cleaning ashtrays• Transporting trash and waste to disposal areas• Restocking restroom supplies• Responding to urgent cleaning requests such as spills or broken glass• Operating equipment including vacuum cleaners, floor machines, carpet extractors, mops, and brooms• Following all company policies and health and safety regulations
Skills/background needed:
• Minimum age 18• High school diploma or equivalent• Ability to work as part of a team• Physical capability to stand, walk, and work on hands and knees for extended periods• Comfortable working around dust and cleaning chemicals• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. regularly• Comfortable maneuvering in small or confined spaces• Ability to climb stairs and reach above shoulder height• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic• Well-groomed appearance• No prior experience required—full training will be provided
